Wellesley College track & field first year Abena Asare (Berlin, N.J.) has been named Corvias ECAC Women s Outdoor Track & Field Division III New England Rookie of the Week, for the week ending April 26, 2015.
Led by a trio of First Team All-Conference performers, Wellesley College track & field scored a school record 95 points to take fourth place at the 2015 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference Championships at MIT's Henry G. Steinbrenner Track.

Wellesley College sophomore Isabella Narvaez won the 400 meter dash with a school record time of 57.38 on Saturday afternoon at the Aloha Relays, hosted by Bowdoin College. Narvarez s time breaks the previous mark of 58.47 set by Leah Clement in 2011.
